Michael is Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of  tech startup InventSomething Services. An employee of Synchrony Financial/CareCredit as a Client Service Manage responsible for strategizing with National Account Managers and Industry Vice Presidents to maximize sales growth, manage disputes and customer/merchant service concerns for the CareCredit Specialty portfolio.

Michael has 5 years of knowledge and experience in the fintech space ranging from sales with CareCredit healthcare financing; to credit  consultation with global retail partners as well as agile project management for technical solutions. Michael has experience in sales support and business development generating additional value for businesses. He is a creative problem solver with excellent leadership skills able to utilize agile management tactics to effectively provide efficient sales driving resources for client growth. A proven team leader who can project manage and facilitate groups to efficient solutions. 

Michael has served as a member of Fellow Christian Athletes (FCA), Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA), and the Junior Civitan Club; a community service club.  Michael is passionate and committed to service within his community. In his free time, he enjoys coaching, mentoring, volunteering with organizations as the Boys and Girls Club, Habitat for Humanity, Mary’s Kitchen, Southwest Community Center and Hosea Feed the Hungry and Homeless. He has been a speaker and mentor with the “Boys Speak Out” organization.

Michael has earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics Morehouse College where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa. Michael is a proud member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc.
